ABOUT  BREETHWELL

Q1: What is Breethwell?
A: Breethwell is a health innovation company dedicated to improving lives through better breathing. We focus on identifying and addressing dysfunctional daytime breathing patterns, such as Screen Apnea® and Day Apnea®, using wearable technology, behavioral insights, and wellness tools.

Q2: What makes Breethwell different from other wellness brands?
A: Breethwell is built on over 20 years of clinical and behavioral research. We combine patented technology, data-driven breathing insights, and practical tools to help people identify and correct breath-holding patterns that often go unnoticed but impact physical and mental health.

ABOUT CMAP (Continuously Monitoring Airway Pressure)

Q3: What is CMAP?
A: CMAP is a wearable device that continuously monitors nasal airflow patterns to detect irregular or paused breathing during daily activities. It helps users become aware of unconscious breath-holding patterns and promotes healthier breathing habits.

Q4: What conditions does CMAP help with?
A: CMAP is not a diagnostic tool, but it can support users in identifying patterns associated with stress, anxiety, burnout, hypertension, and conditions related to unconscious breath-holding, such as Screen Apnea® and Day Apnea®.

Q5: Is CMAP a medical device?
A: No. CMAP is a wellness and self-awareness tool, not a medical device. It is designed to promote behavioral awareness and support general well-being through breath tracking and coaching.

USING CMAP

Q6: How does CMAP work?
A: CMAP uses a discreet nasal cannula connected to a small wearable device. It tracks airflow in real-time, detects patterns like shallow breathing or pauses, and delivers visual or haptic feedback to help users reset their breathing.

Q7: What kind of feedback does CMAP provide?
A: CMAP provides real-time alerts and visual data on your breathing. Future models will integrate with mobile apps to offer trend reports, coaching prompts, and personalized insights.

Q8: Can I use CMAP while working or using a computer?
A: Yes — CMAP is designed to be worn during work, especially during screen-intensive tasks when unconscious breath-holding is most common.

COMPATIBILITY & TECH SPECS

Q9: Is CMAP compatible with my smartphone or wearable?
A: CMAP works independently but will connect via Bluetooth to a companion app (coming soon) for advanced features, data syncing, and integration with fitness trackers.

Q10: Does CMAP work with Apple Health or Google Fit?
A: App integration is planned for future updates to allow syncing with popular health platforms like Apple Health, Google Fit, and others.

A: BreethCLEAN is Breethwell’s line of personal care products that support nasal and oral health, including nasal rinses, tongue scrapers, and hygienic supplies for use with CMAP.
